We are expanding our team to help us tackle the excitingly complex engineering challenges associated with automating the chief of staff role. Successful candidates will pride themselves on being innovative and agile, while simultaneously willing and able to build highly reliable software in a team-oriented environment.
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in building our business by collecting, processing, and analyzing data to help us make informed decisions. You will work collaboratively with our executive team and with all departments including sales, marketing, and product development, turning data into information, information into insight, and insight into decisions.
YOU WILL HAVE OWNERSHIP OF:
- Defining the key company metrics
- Identifying underlying drivers and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets
- Building the company dashboards and visualization
- Developing insights from the data on how we can improve our experience and business
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst.
- Exceptional proficiency in SQL.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate substantial amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Information Systems is preferred.
