We are expanding our team to help us tackle the excitingly complex engineering challenges associated with automating the chief of staff role. Successful candidates will pride themselves on being innovative and agile, while simultaneously willing and able to build highly reliable software in a team-oriented environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and dynamic Head of Growth Marketing to help us continue our rapid expansion. As Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels. You will lead and oversee the strategic development and execution of all growth marketing initiatives and make them happen with hands-on control of our marketing channels.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth marketing strategy that boosts customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Own the customer journey for new customer acquisition from discovery to adoption.
  • Identify and test growth opportunities in user acquisition channels and optimize them to deliver maximum ROI.
  • Oversee performance marketing campaigns across various platforms (such as social media, search engines, email, content marketing, etc.)
  • Develop, manage, and refine key metrics and dashboards that track and communicate core KPIs to the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Success, and Engineering) to ensure alignment of growth strategies.
  • Leverage data and customer insights to create innovative marketing campaigns that drive user growth and engagement.
  • Managing the necessary interactions with marketing operations to support the GTM team.
  • Crafting clear marketing copy and commissioning collateral based off of our brand guidelines and messaging framework
  • Developing new strategies to help Xembly more effectively engage our users


  • Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot), digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Adwords, Email automation tools, etc.)
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, conversion optimization, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a knack for nurturing high-performance teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bonus: An eye for design and marketing copy that real humans love.
