We are expanding our team to help us tackle the excitingly complex product and engineering challenges associated with automating the chief of staff role. Successful candidates will pride themselves on being innovative and agile, while simultaneously willing and able to define, drive, and deliver products and features that delight our customers.

YOU WILL HAVE OWNERSHIP OF:

  • Contributing to our short and long-term product vision and strategy
  • Working with engineers, designers, and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap
  • Defining new products and features that align with our product vision and delight our customers.
  • Translating business requirements into engineering tasks.
  • Driving key product deliverables through the entire software development cycle with input from software engineers and designers 
  • Working with customer-facing teams on the adoption, rollout, and support of your product and features.
  • Contributing to the definition, development, and tracking of effective metrics that drive improved Product Team operating performance.
  • Establishing and strengthening our Technical Program Management function across the company.

YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • BS or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field or equivalent professional experiences
  • 4+ years of technical program management experience and working with software engineering teams.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions.
  • Ability to manage complex projects effectively by setting clear goals, identifying roadblocks, designing solutions, and tracking progress against deadlines
  • Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
  • Strong organizational skills and proven project management track record
  • Ability to build relationships and drive alignment with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and gain meaningful insights
  • Ability to think and solve problems independently
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment

NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning systems
  • Previous experience designing and developing email, calendar, or other workplace productivity software products
  • Past experience with developing Chatbots or other conversational AI-related products
  • Experience with Chrome Extensions
  • Experience with video conferencing solutions like Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.

The base pay range for this position in the US is $140,000 – $240,000 per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. Additional equity may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria
