Key points before installation

Are you on a laptop or desktop?
Good! Xembly needs to be installed from a desktop for optimal setup (Mobile users, stay tuned, our mobile app is in the works.
Do you have a Google workspace email?
Excellent! Xembly is optimized for Google workspace emails. (Outlook support coming soon).
Using the Chrome browser?
You nailed it! Xembly delivers its superpowers through a Chrome extension, so make sure you're using the Chrome browser.

STEP 1

Sign into Google with your business account.

STEP 2

Check the “View and edit events on all your calendars” box and hit Continue.

STEP 3

Select your preferred video conferencing service. If you select Zoom, install Xembly’s Zoom application before hitting next.

STEP 4

If you use Slack, we recommend connecting to Slack during onboarding. This is a required step to chat with your AI executive assistant, Xena, and it is how you get time-sensitive alerts.

STEP 5

Make sure you select your business Slack instance and click Allow.

STEP 6

Select your Xembly meeting Summary preferences.

STEP 7

Provide Xena with your preferred availability.

STEP 8

You’re ready to go! Find Xena in Slack (or in the extension). You can start by just saying Hi!
